Originally from Denver, Sofia Thayer Hickey discovered her passion for interior design at a very early age. She brings a deep understanding of how thoughtful space planning impacts daily life.

She earned her Bachelor's of Interior Architecture and Design from the University of Arkansas, Fay Jones School of Architecture. International study in Rome further enhanced her education as she explored historical architecture and was exposed to fashion design houses such as Dolce & Gabbana, Max Mara, and Valentino.

Sofia's human centered approach creates interiors that are both visually compelling and deeply supportive of her clients' lifestyles and Ficarra design is proud to have Sofia as a member of our design team.
